Eye colour change is riskiest cosmetic surgery
More people worldwide are opting for cosmetic surgery to improve their looks. What people may not know is that procedures to change the colour of one's eyes are the riskiest. Research conducted by an online eyewear store states eye colour surgery has a 92 per cent likelihood of complications. The surgery tops the list of riskiest cosmetic procedures. Operations include iris implants and pigment removal. There is also a procedure called keratopigmentation. This is a permanent colour change in which a special dye is inserted into the eyes using precision laser technology. |
