Jamaica sprinter Oblique Seville wins world 100m gold
Jamaica's Oblique Seville won 100-metre gold at the World Athletics Championships. Usain Bolt was the last Jamaican man to win a sprint gold, in 2016. Bolt is the 100-metre record holder, with a time of 9.58 seconds. Seville won in a time of 9.77 seconds. It was a good night for Jamaica, which also won silver in the 100 metres. |
