Good Luck.
Spain’s Andres Iniesta fired in a winner late in extra-time to make his country champions of the world. It was for the Netherlands who lost their third World Cup final. The result was perhaps a for football. It was a largely bad-tempered match in which the referee awarded 14 yellow cards and one red. Spain tried to play their one-touch football throughout the game. The Dutch seemed to be doing everything they could to stop them with non-stop . They were very lucky not to have more players off. The Netherlands had their chances during the game but were by some outstanding goalkeeping from Spanish Iker Casillas. Spain kept trying to pass the ball and push forward and their play finally off four minutes before the end.

Iniesta’s World-Cup-winning goal mass celebrations among Spanish fans in Johannesburg and all over Spain. It was Spain’s first ever at the World Cup and only their second ever major – the first came two years ago at the European Championships. Spain won the scoring the fewest ever goals – putting the ball into the back of the just eight times. That didn’t matter to the in the Spanish capital Madrid. One fan Ferran Ramirez was crying for joy after seeing his country their late victory on one of the city’s big . He told reporters: “This is the happiest night of my life. The happiest night in Spanish history. We showed the world how good we are.” Teresa Lopez agreed, saying: “Spain are the ones who played total football. We are the new Brazil.”
