Iranian President Hassan Rouhani addressed the United Nation's General Assembly Tuesday, calling "constructive engagement" countries including the USA. He pointed that Iran, "does not seek to increase tensions the United States". He added he wanted to work other nations, "based mutual respect and common interest". The two countries have been bitter foes the past four decades.
