Only 10% of UK engineers are women. This is the lowest in Europe. This will be a big problem in Britain for many years. Britain needs more women computer scientists. There are few female computer engineers. Many companies do not want women engineers. Many girls do not study physics at school.

There is a new campaign to get women engineers. It explains why engineering is important for the UK. Businesses need skilled engineers to grow. Young people should understand that engineering is a good job. The campaign website shows all the exciting companies that need creative engineers.
