A man who broke his leg an back for from in of off on to up with Wales had to wait an back for from in of off on to up with three hours an back for from in of off on to up with an ambulance to arrive. Luigi Segadelli, 30, broke his leg while playing an back for from in of off on to up with a rugby match in Swansea, Wales. His medical team called for an back for from in of off on to up with ambulance and the game was stopped while they waited an back for from in of off on to up with it to arrive. The players and officials waited and waited but no ambulance turned an back for from in of off on to up with . In the end, the match was called an back for from in of off on to up with . Stadium workers had to turn the floodlights an back for from in of off on to up with so Mr Segadelli would not have to wait an back for from in of off on to up with the dark. His teammates covered him an back for from in of off on to up with blankets to protect him an back for from in of off on to up with the cold. The ambulance service told people not to move Mr Segadelli as his injury could become worse. An ambulance finally arrived three hours later. Mr Segadelli is now recovering an back for from in of off on to up with a local hospital. He needed an operation to repair his broken leg. Doctors put metal pins an back for from in of off on to up with his leg to make sure it heals properly. Segadelli is not happy an back for from in of off on to up with his experience. He told reporters: "I want an apology an back for from in of off on to up with the delay. They must have the decency to make sure it does not happen an back for from in of off on to up with anyone else again." He explained what happened while he was waiting an back for from in of off on to up with the ambulance. He said: "I was cold and shaking. When the paramedics saw how long it was taking to get colour an back for from in of off on to up with into my foot, they said it was a big concern because I had been an back for from in of off on to up with the cold so long there was a risk an back for from in of off on to up with losing my foot." The Welsh Ambulance Service said it had been very busy that day.
