The Reading / Listening - Level 0

Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge named their baby daughter Charlotte. The world waited for two days for the name. She has two middle names. Her title is Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge. If her grandfather, father and brother all die, she will be Britain's queen after Queen Elizabeth dies.

British people are happy with the names. They are traditional and linked to her family. Charlotte is a female Charles. A Queen Charlotte lived 300 years ago. Charlotte's middle name is the same as her great-grandmother's Queen Elizabeth. Her second middle name is Diana - a tribute to Diana, Princess of Wales.
