The Department of Justice (DOJ) is also angry with Apple. It said Apple is using technology to stop the FBI from finding out more about the killer. The DOJ said that only Apple could open the phone. Apple said the DOJ wanted to give Apple a bad name. It said: "It seems like disagreeing with the Department of Justice means you must be evil and anti-American." The DOJ said it wants just one iPhone unlocked.
