Employers can see the data stored in the cloud. They can find out how workers are feeling at work.
A worried mother thought of the idea. She wanted to know how her daughter was feeling. The company website says: "Moods are hard to capture, tough to talk about and often invisible." It wants to change the way the world sees mood, "by making it easier to...talk about how we feel". It gives us a better understanding of how we feel.
