The Reading / Listening - Candy - Level 5

There is a good way to earn some extra cash for people with a sweet tooth. A candy company is looking for people to taste and review its original sweets for $30 an hour. The Candy Funhouse requires "candyologists" to test and provide feedback on its candy and chocolates. The company has a huge range of 3,000 products but is always creating new sweets. The candyologists will decide on 10 new candies. These will be part of a new line of Candy Funhouse-branded sweets. It hopes to establish a global reputation as a quality sweet maker.

The successful applicants must show some basic requirements and qualifications. They must be enthusiastic to try confectionery products. They must give honest and objective opinions on the products they test. They will also have to write a short, two-sentence description for each product. The company said the candyologists must be "passionate about confectionery," not have any food allergies, be fluent in English and have basic writing skills. It added that they will "taste samples objectively" and "consider aspects of taste, texture and quality".
