Paragraph 1

Millions of people in the U.K. cannot buy hygiene products because of the cost of living. The Hygiene Bank states that up to 3.2 million are living in "hygiene poverty". They cannot afford goods such as soap, , toothpaste, shaving products, toilet paper and products. They have to choose between eating or buying products. Hygiene Bank called it a "hidden " that "impacted the most ".
