French warplanes are [continuing / continuation] their attacks on rebels in Mali. France's air force is now [targets / targeting] the last place that the rebels hold. Mr Hollande [spent / spending] one day in Mali last week. He was warmly welcomed by large [crowding / crowds] in the desert town of Timbuktu. The French president also [promised / promising] he would help Mali rebuild after the [conflict / conduct] is over.
