It will use a digital technology (3) ___________________ authority (ISA). It costs about $380. Satellites communicate with cars. Two things can happen. One is that the driver (4) ___________________ about the speed limit. The other is that the technology automatically puts on the car's (5) ___________________ down to a safer speed. The transport department said it could (6) ___________________ one-third by 2020.
Not everyone (7) ___________________ idea. People in Britain do not want the EU telling (8) ___________________. The British transport minister said it took away the freedom of motorists. British politicians (9) ___________________ because the UK has fewer road deaths than other countries. In 2012, 1,754 people died on British roads. (10) ___________________ 1,901 in 2011 and the lowest figure (11) ___________________ 1926. In Germany, there were 3,657 fatalities last year. A UK motoring organisation warned that ISA could be dangerous. It said (12) ___________________ to avoid crashing if you had to.
