READING:

Google hopes to rival Apple and Samsung in the wearable health software market. Its new Google Fit device will compete with similar products from Apple and Samsung. The company is working hard to keep up with its rivals. It will be the first company to provide health information on the Android operating system. This is Google's second health device. The first was not so popular because it did not provide the kind of data people wanted.

Google Fit will measure health details and the information will be linked to Google’s cloud. The company is trying to keep details of the final product a secret. The TechCrunch website said Google Fit would measure all kinds of health data, such as weight, heart rate, and the number of steps someone runs or walks. It said people would sync this information to their Google IDs. The information would always be available online.
