A shows that being bilingual may delay dementia by five years. Researchers found that bilingual people showed fewer of dementia than monolingual people. Dr. Thomas Bak said: "Bilingualism can be seen as a brain training… can help delay dementia." Speaking two keeps the brain in health. It also helps to keep like Alzheimer's away for than in people.

Dr Bak said the bilingualism-dementia had little to do with social , gender, occupation or education. Bak studied the records of 648 Indians dementia. Of these, 391 were bilingual and were illiterate. Bak found that many , bilingual people who have never any school showed fewer of dementia. He suggested that learning a could keep the brain healthier, because it's and trains your brain.
