Microsoft's new Xbox One sold more than one million consoles in 24 hours. It sold out in many countries. Microsoft was happy thousands of fans got an Xbox One. They said it was "a special moment". Microsoft will work hard to make more Xbox One consoles. People want them for presents for this season's holiday.

Many Xbox One users are not happy. They get error messages. An update made the machine stop. Microsoft told users to call customer support if it stopped for 10 minutes. Someone will help them. Sony also has a new console. It's the PlayStation 4. It is $80 cheaper. People say it is a "pure gaming machine".
