There are about a billion obese adults in the developing world. There were 250 million in 1980. The number has gone up a lot. A development group said 30% of us are overweight. People have more money, so they eat more fast food and less healthier food. Governments should tell people to eat healthy food.
It's not all bad news. Restaurants and food companies in Denmark cannot cook with bad fat. South Korea told people to eat traditional Korean food. This has little fat. It has a lot of vegetables and seafood. There was a lot of public education. Koreans know that Korean food is healthy. It is good for them.
