A special day called Record Store Day is helping record stores around the world. This year it was on April 19. The record industry said record sales doubled last year. Sales are up again this year. Demand for vinyl records is the highest in nearly two decades.
Record Store Day started in 2007. It is a day for music fans to celebrate the record. It helps shops sell their records throughout the year. This year was the best ever.
