North Korea's leader is unhappy with "incorrect" weather forecasts. He was visiting a weather station. He told workers to use better machines. He said it was important to protect people from the weather. North Korea has many natural disasters. Good weather forecasts are important.

N. Korea has many droughts and floods. People do not have enough food. In the 1990s there was a very bad famine. Wikipedia said between 240,000 and 3,500,000 people died. Other countries give food to North Korea. People would die without it. Sometimes this food does not get to the hungry people who need it.
