The Ebola virus is getting in Africa. More people are getting it. So far, 763 people got the virus, and 468 of these died. The United Nations said it is the biggest and Ebola ever. Most of the were in Guinea. This is where the started. People have also died in countries. African health ministers are getting more about the outbreak. Ministers from 11 countries are meeting in the city of Ghana. They will talk about how they can control the . They want to stop more people from dying.

The World Health Organization (WHO) said was needed to stop the virus from spreading. A spokesman said the WHO wanted all countries to work . It said if everyone helps, "we can get a and halt this outbreak". This is because trade between African countries can spread the virus . The WHO said "a response" was important, especially in border where there are commercial and social . It is unlikely this will stop. Ebola kills up to 90 per cent of people who get infected. There is no vaccine or for it.
