This is the text (if you need help).

Scientists have good news. There are 2,200 blue whales in the eastern Pacific Ocean, between Mexico and Alaska. A hundred years ago, there was nearly zero. In 1971, people stopped whaling. Forty years later, the whales are back. Dr Cole Monnahan was very happy. He said: "For us, this is a great conservation success story."

Dr Monnahan said the number of blue whales might go above 2,200. He said that the whales still need our help. We must keep checking them so they do not die. He added that the increase in the number of blue whales was because of "careful management and conservation".
