This is the text (if you need help).

Hospitals in Wales are chaining children's toys to beds with bicycle locks to stop thieves stealing them. One father said he was shocked that people steal toys from a hospital. He said the toys were provided by the hospital for seriously ill children. He added: "I was talking to the nurses about how disgusting it was that they had to do that because they were saying that people had been stealing them."

A hospital said toys and games were occasionally stolen. It advised all staff to lock away the more expensive things. It also tells visitors and staff to be careful with their valuables. It added: "Our hospitals have CCTV coverage and security on site at all times." Toys are not the only things being stolen. Televisions in waiting rooms also disappear. The father said it was, "a sad reflection on society. I cannot believe this is happening in Britain".
