READING:

There is new material of the TV show 'Thunderbirds'. New film has been found. It contains material that has not been seen since the 1960s. The son of a Thunderbirds editor found twenty-two cans of Thunderbird film in his house near London. The old film was given to the TV company Century 21 Films. Century 21 will use digital technology to restore the film. The company hopes people can see the new material next year.

Thunderbirds was a big hit in the 1960s. There were 32 fifty-minute episodes. It is now a cult classic. The show's creators used a technique called Supermarionation to make the shows. This used puppets, special effects and models. The show was set in the 2060s. It was about a life-saving organization called International Rescue. The show is famous for its dramatic music, a variety of spacecraft, and rescue machines.
