READING:

Toys R Us stopped selling a drug-dealer doll. The doll had bags of drug money and drugs. A mother started a petition to stop the store selling the doll. More than 3,000 people signed it. The mother said Toys R Us is well known but to sell a doll with a bag of drugs was "dangerous". She said it was against "family-friendly values".

The mother said the dolls should not be in a toy store next to Disney characters. Children will ask why the doll has a bag of dangerous drugs. They might also ask why a drug dealer is an action figure. It is difficult for parents to answer these questions. The box said the dolls are for ages 15 and up.
