Researchers say strength training helps us live . Scientists looked at exercise on 150,000 for 30 years. They found that adults who did amounts of strength training had a risk of dying . The researchers say the exercise protected people from heart disease, , and mental . People who did up to two hours of training every had a 19 per cent reduced of dying from heart disease.
